Studio Rental Options
Choose your setup and book the amount of time you need. All bookings include setup and teardown time.
- Weekday Hourly Rate – $40/hour
- Weekend Hourly Rate – $50/hour

Studio Rules & Booking Policies
To maintain a clean, respectful space for all creatives:
- Arrival & Time Usage: Access is granted once the person who made the reservation arrives. All setup and cleanup must be completed within your booked time to avoid overtime charges.
- Maximum Occupancy: A maximum of 6 people total, including the photographer, is allowed in the studio.
- Studio Setup: Backgrounds and setups must be selected in advance. Renters may not move backdrops, change setups, or remove protective flooring from the vinyl backdrop.
- Food, Alcohol & Smoking: No food, alcohol, smoking, or vaping is permitted inside the studio or building.
- Safety Restrictions: No pets, glitter, candles, or open flames are allowed due to safety and allergy concerns.
- Respectful Use & Clean-Up: Please leave the studio as you found it. Cleaning supplies are provided. Handle all equipment and furnishings with care and report any damages immediately.
- Short-Notice Bookings: Requests made within 24 hours may be accommodated based on availability and include a $10 short-notice booking fee.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 1 week in advance receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 1 week receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable. - Rescheduling: Reschedule requests must be made more than 24 hours in advance. Any booking requested to be rescheduled within the 7-day cancellation policy window will incur a $25 reschedule fee. Rescheduling does not override or reset the cancellation policy.
- Booking Approvals: All booking requests are subject to approval. Once approved, a confirmation will be sent via text and/or email.
