Studio Rules
Access & Time Management
- You may enter the studio 5 minutes before your scheduled time to set up.
- Sessions must end on time. Overtime is charged at 1.5 times the hourly rate if you exceed your rental period.
Studio Equipment & Setup
Equipment Available: Posing boxes, lights, and the C-stand are available for use.
Fixed Background Setup: One seamless white paper backdrop is included in your rental. Under no circumstances should you independently move, tear down, or alter the mounted background setups.
Add-Ons: Additional background colors, premium props, or extra lighting gear must be requested before your rental date to guarantee preparation.
Cleanliness & Respectful Use
- The studio must be left exactly as you found it. Dispose of all trash in designated bins and return all used equipment to its place.
- Handle all gear, props, and furniture with care. Any damages must be reported immediately and are the financial responsibility of the renter.
Guest & Pet Policy
- A maximum of 6 people (including the photographer) is allowed in the studio at any time.
- No pets unless previously arranged with approval.
Prohibited Activities
- No Smoking – Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the studio and the entire building.
- No Alcohol – Alcohol is not permitted on the premises.
- No Food Inside the Studio – Snacks and meals must be kept outside the studio area.
- No Glitter, Confetti, or Open Flames – Glitter, candles, fireworks, and fire props are not allowed.
- Keep Noise Levels Respectful – Music and conversations should remain at a reasonable volume out of respect for neighboring spaces.

Parking is open and readily available on-site right in front of the building for easy access. Look for the sign on the door that says The Tampa Studio
What should I do when my session ends?
Ensure the studio is clean and all equipment is returned. Let us know when you are finished, and we will assist with your departure.
Studio Details & Amenities
What amenities does the studio offer?
The Production Studio includes softbox lighting, a seamless white backdrop, posing props, comfortable sofas, a full-length mirror, a table fan, Bluetooth speaker, mini fridge with bottled water, and access to shared restrooms. The Lounge also provides a private space for changing, client meetings, or additional content creation.
Do you provide photography equipment?
Basic lighting equipment and a C-stand are included. Additional equipment can be brought in by photographers.
Are there any limitations on the use of the studio?
The studio is on the second floor with no elevator access. Only white seamless paper is included in the rental; additional colors require a setup fee.
Usage & Policies
Can I bring additional props or equipment?
Yes, but all equipment must be safe and not cause damage to the studio.
What is your policy on food and beverages in the studio?
Light snacks and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed but must be kept away from equipment and backdrops.
What is your refunds and cancellation policy?
- Full refund for cancellations at least 7 days before the session
- 50% refund for cancellations between 7 days and 24 hours before the session
- No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of the session
