Studio Rules

Access & Time Management

You may enter the studio 5 minutes before your scheduled time to set up.
Overtime is strictly not allowed. Your booking duration includes setup, teardown, and cleanup, so all equipment must be packed up and the room reset before your reservation end time. If you need extra time, you must extend your booking in advance (subject to availability).

Studio Equipment & Setup

Equipment Available: Posing boxes, lights, and the C-stand are available for use.

Fixed Background Setup: One seamless white paper backdrop is included in your rental. Under no circumstances should you independently move, tear down, or alter the mounted background setups.

Add-Ons: Additional background colors, premium props, or extra lighting gear must be requested before your rental date to guarantee preparation.

Cleanliness & Respectful Use

The studio must be left exactly as you found it. Dispose of all trash in designated bins and return all used equipment to its place.
Handle all gear, props, and furniture with care. Any damages must be reported immediately and are the financial responsibility of the renter.

Guest & Pet Policy

A maximum of 6 people (including the photographer) is allowed in the studio at any time.
No pets unless previously arranged with approval.

Prohibited Activities

No Smoking – Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the studio and the entire building.
No Alcohol – Alcohol is not permitted on the premises.
No Food Inside the Studio – Snacks and meals must be kept outside the studio area.
No Glitter, Confetti, or Open Flames – Glitter, candles, fireworks, and fire props are not allowed.
Keep Noise Levels Respectful – Music and conversations should remain at a reasonable volume out of respect for neighboring spaces.

How do I arrive at the studio?
Parking is open and readily available on-site right in front of the building for easy access. Look for the sign on the door that says The Tampa Studio

What should I do when my session ends?
Ensure the studio is clean and all equipment is returned. Let us know when you are finished, and we will assist with your departure.

Studio Details & Amenities

What amenities does the studio offer?
The Production Studio includes softbox lighting, a seamless white backdrop, posing props, comfortable sofas, a full-length mirror, a table fan, Bluetooth speaker, mini fridge with bottled water, and access to shared restrooms. The Lounge also provides a private space for changing, client meetings, or additional content creation.

Do you provide photography equipment?
Basic lighting equipment and a C-stand are included. Additional equipment can be brought in by photographers.

Are there any limitations on the use of the studio?

Furniture & Equipment: Backdrops, stands, C-stands, lights, and main furniture (including sofas) are fixed and cannot be moved, disassembled, or altered without prior approval.
Backdrops: Only white seamless paper is included. Additional colors require an advance request and setup fee.
Walls & Space: No nails, screws, heavy tape, or wall fasteners that leave damage. Outside heavy machinery or open flames are strictly prohibited.
Cleanup: All props, gear, and trash must be cleared out before your scheduled rental time ends.

Usage & Policies

Can I bring additional props or equipment?
Yes, you are welcome to bring small personal props (such as balloons, products, signs, or small floral arrangements). However, to prevent damage and keep the space safe, you cannot bring outside backdrop paper, background stands, or large furniture/items larger than a standard chair.

What is your policy on food and beverages in the studio?
Light snacks and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed but must be kept away from equipment and backdrops.

What is your refunds and cancellation policy?

Full refund for cancellations at least 7 days before the session
50% refund for cancellations between 7 days and 24 hours before the session
No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of the session
