At The Tampa Studio, we aim to provide a professional, clean, and efficient environment for all creatives. Please review our rules and frequently asked questions before booking to ensure a smooth experience.

To maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment, please follow these guidelines:

Studio Rules

Access & Time Management

  • You may enter the studio 5 minutes before your scheduled time to set up.
  • Sessions must end on time. Overtime is charged at 1.5 times the hourly rate if you exceed your rental period.

Studio Equipment & Setup

  • Equipment Available: Posing boxes, lights, and the C-stand are available for use.
  • Fixed Background Setup:
    • One seamless white paper backdrop is included in your rental.
    • Additional seamless colors, printed backdrops, and fabric backgrounds require a setup fee and must be requested in advance.
    • Backgrounds cannot be changed or moved during your session.

Cleanliness & Respectful Use

  • The studio must be left as you found it. Dispose of trash and return equipment to its place.
  • Handle all equipment, props, and furniture with care. Any damages must be reported immediately.

Guest & Pet Policy

  • maximum of 6 people (including the photographer) is allowed in the studio at any time.
  • No pets unless previously arranged with approval.

Prohibited Activities

  • No Smoking – Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the studio and the entire building.
  • No Alcohol – Alcohol is not permitted on the premises.
  • No Food Inside the Studio – Snacks and meals must be kept outside the studio area.
  • No Glitter, Confetti, or Open Flames – Glitter, candles, fireworks, and fire props are not allowed.
  • Keep Noise Levels Respectful – Music and conversations should remain at a reasonable volume out of respect for neighboring spaces.

What are The Tampa Studios?
The Tampa Studios consists of two photography studios in North Tampa Heights, available for hourly rental.

Where is the studio located?
The studio is located at 13542 N. Florida Ave, Suite 213E+F, Tampa, FL 33613, in a large yellow building off I-275.

How do I arrive at the studio?
Park near the stairs on the right side of the building for easy access. The studio is on the second floor and marked with the Kimberley Asante Photography sign.

Where should I park when I arrive?
Parking is available near the stairs on the right side of the building for convenient access to the studio entrance.

What should I do when my session ends?
Ensure the studio is clean and all equipment is returned. Let us know when you are finished, and we will assist with your departure.

Studio Details & Amenities

What amenities does the studio offer?
Each rental includes basic softbox lighting, props, seating options, a full-length mirror, a clothing steamer, a fan, air conditioning, a private bathroom, and Bluetooth speakers, upon request.

Do you provide photography equipment?
Basic lighting equipment and a C-stand are included. Additional equipment can be brought in by photographers.

Are there any limitations on the use of the studio?
The studio is on the second floor with no elevator access. Only white seamless paper is included in the rental; additional colors require a setup fee.

Usage & Policies

Can I bring additional props or equipment?
Yes, but all equipment must be safe and not cause damage to the studio.

What is your policy on food and beverages in the studio?
Light snacks and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed but must be kept away from equipment and backdrops.

What is your refunds and cancellation policy?

  • Full refund for cancellations at least 7 days before the session
  • 50% refund for cancellations between 7 days and 24 hours before the session
  • No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of the session
